Ros trained at The Guildhall School of Music and Drama. She made her West End debut as Maria in West Side Story, and subsequently played Laurie in Oklahoma for a year at The Palace Theatre in London.
She has toured nationally and internationally, and worked with, among others, the RSC, Bristol Old Vic, West Yorkshire Playhouse, Theatre Wales, WNO, Sherman Cymru, Theatre Pena and Music Theatre London.

Favourite roles include Lady Macbeth, Hecuba and Mrs Higgins.
​
Most recently on TV, she played Cynthia in Nice Day for a Welsh Wedding and Krone in Young Dracula.
Films include Falstaff (Meg); and she has recorded CDs of Kurt Weill and Harold Arlen songs.
​
Most recently she played Amanda Wingfield in The Glass Menagerie and took part in the Women & War Festival in the City of London, with her pianist Gavin Roberts and their programme War Songs.
​
Ros is currently touring with two shows Novello & Son and War Songs.
